Experience

• Experience of advocating on behalf of children, families and other agencies.
• Experience of offering therapeutic assessment to children.
• Experience of planning, executing and reviewing social work practice.
• Experience of preparing and presenting case conference reports.
• Experience of reviewing care packages.
• Be able to demonstrate maintaining key performance indicators and ensuring timeliness of report/assessments

Skills

• Ability to analyse new cases and refer a correct course of action.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to inform and advise.
• A versatile approach to work with the ability to contribute across multi-disciplinary teams and organisations.
• Comprehensive understanding of Practice Policy with a commitment to continual self-development and learning.
• Ability to undertake initial and core assessments.
